ACACIA RETREAT
The Acacia is a plant that has played a powerful role in promoting healing and self-discovery for centuries. This sacred plant has been traditionally used by various indigenous cultures for its healing properties. The Acacia helps to release limiting patterns and opens the door to deeper levels of consciousness. It is a guide to inner wisdom and clarity, giving you the opportunity to transform blockages and unprocessed emotions. The healing effect of the Acacia is subtle, yet profound, and it allows you to get closer to yourself.
WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
This retreat is for people who are familiar with healing plants, light guides, therapists and coaches. The soft, feminine energy of acacia supports you in deepening your true power and brings you even closer to your authentic self. The tree is seen as a source of protection and healing, with which you can further develop yourself. During a free intake interview, I will decide together with you whether this journey is appropriate at this time in your life and whether it is safe to enter this process together.
WHY an inner journey with the acacia?
The acacia tree is considered sacred worldwide and symbolizes self-reflection, intuitive insights and deep healing.
EGYPTIAN MYTHOLOGY
In Egyptian mythology, the Acacia was revered as the 'Tree of Life', a symbol of eternity, rebirth and connection to the divine. The Egyptian goddess Hathor, who is associated with love, beauty, music and healing, is often associated with the Acacia. She is considered the protector of the plant and her energy helps to open the heart and promote spiritual healing. In addition, the Acacia is also associated with Isis, the goddess of magic, healing and wisdom. Isis' energy supports the transformation and restorative process, with the Acacia acting as a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds.
TRANSFORMATION
The plant can be particularly effective in addressing trauma, negative self-images and stuck emotions. The Acacia enables you to process and transform old pain, so that you can live a freer and lighter life. The healing that the Acacia offers is therefore a process of inner freedom, in which you become more connected to your true self.
AKASKAN CHRONICLES
The Acacia is also often associated with the Akashic Records, which refers to a universal memory where all the knowledge, experiences and wisdom of the universe are stored. The idea is that the Acacia, through its deep roots in the earth and its spiritual connection, can provide access to these records and help you to receive the wisdom of the universe. This opens the door to new insights, not only about yourself, but also about the bigger picture and your place in it.
EXPERIENCE
My path to the Acacia began with a deep desire to better understand this sacred plant and to connect it with the energy that has been passed down through the ages, after working with it for years in the Netherlands. To strengthen this connection, I traveled to Egypt, the origin of the Acacia, to connect with the plant and the sacred places associated with it. This journey was essential to my own personal healing process and strengthened my mission to guide others in their search for inner freedom and healing.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
When you choose to make an inner journey with me and my team, your transformation process already starts with the preparation.
THE PREPARATION
During an intake interview, we will discuss your intentions, expectations and any questions. This way, we can determine together whether this experience is suitable and safe for you. You will receive access to a participant portal with all the necessary information about the preparation, such as guidelines for nutrition and intention, so that you can start your journey with confidence and openness. Before the start, we will have a video call, during this call we will get to know each other better and you will receive the latest information.
THE RETREAT
The ceremony takes place in a warm and safe environment where you can be completely yourself. Some retreats are with and some without overnight stay. We start with a moment of rest to land. We discuss each other's intention, release the first tension in a Breathing session after which you start the journey at your own pace with the chosen plant. During the journey you make contact with your inner wisdom and experience insights that can heal you spiritually and emotionally.
I guide you intuitively with meditation, sound healing, activations and other tools tailored to your needs, making each journey unique and transformative. All retreats include vegan meals/snacks, herbal teas and lots of love.
THE INTEGRATION
The integration process after the ceremony is essential to anchor the insights in your daily life. This already happens during the retreat, when we have a sharing. You will receive support through an integration conversation after the retreat via a video call in which we reflect together on your experience and discuss practical steps for your personal growth. With additional tips and techniques I help you to let the healing power of the journey continue to work. If desired, I offer extra sessions or refer you to a specialized network of therapists to support you further.
