INTEGRATION COACHING
After a transformative inner journey such as an Ayahuasca (dieta), Chocobliss, San Pedro, Iboga, Buffo Aufarius ceremony but also an energy activation such as a KAP, LEAP or NRXY session, you can often be confronted with challenges and insights that throw you off balance. As an integration coach I help you to tackle any challenges and I offer practical and supportive tools to process these experiences and integrate them into daily life. Challenges after a deep journey include dealing with intense emotions, integrating new perspectives and finding a balance in daily life. This can be accompanied by feelings of confusion, fear, or a sense of alienation.
Through conversations, exercises and reflections we will work together to create a new framework for personal growth and transformation. My goal is to support you in finding inner balance, strengthening your resilience and developing a deeper understanding of yourself and your life path.
